Is it really free?
Yes. Both practicums are free PDFs, and the workbooks are free in Word and Notion. No sign-up, no email capture, nothing to buy. Download Part One and start.
Do I need to buy a book?
No. The practicums teach the material directly. The books that influenced it are listed at the back if you want to go deeper, and the program includes a free digital copy of The Operator’s Edge.
How long does it take?
There’s no fixed calendar. You run one practice a week inside a real responsibility, and three checkpoints tell you when you’re ready to move on. Module I is ten practices. Module II is eight.
Do I need Notion?
No. Notion is one option. The Word workbooks open in Word, Google Docs, Pages, or LibreOffice with no account, and a notebook works too. Pick one and keep all your work there.
Who should my accountability person be?
Someone who will tell you when what you’re describing is thinner than you think. A manager, a mentor, a coach, or a peer who won’t let you off. Not an audience. One person.
Can I use this with someone I’m developing?
Yes. Give it to them. It’s written to the person doing the work, so they drive it and bring the evidence. You don’t need training or a facilitator guide.
What if my responsibility ends partway through?
Pick the next real one and keep going. The practicum runs inside live work, and live work changes.
