About

I help business owners, executives, and high-performing teams cut through noise, tighten alignment, and execute with greater clarity and confidence under pressure.

My approach is straightforward and candid: expose the drag, challenge weak thinking, strengthen accountability, and improve the way leaders decide, communicate, and perform.

My Background

I’ve held executive roles in multiple seven-figure startups, built and scaled a successful IT services company, and spent more than two years leading teams in Afghanistan—environments where hesitation, poor decisions, or weak leadership carried immediate and serious consequences.

Those experiences taught me that insight alone is never enough. Execution is what matters. They also shaped my direct, no-fluff style and my deep belief that the hardest battles—and the highest leverage—happen internally first.

What I Help Leaders Do

Think More Clearly
Cut through noise, false urgency, blind spots, and convenient stories so you can see what is actually happening and respond with better judgment.

Lead More Deliberately
Build stronger presence, communicate more cleanly, delegate more effectively, navigate conflict without drama, and lead with greater consistency under pressure.

Operate With More Alignment and Execution
Close the gap between what you say matters and how the business is actually running. Tighten priorities, behavior, accountability, and follow-through.

The Edge

I’m the author of The Edge: 13 Strategic Principles You May Have Forgotten — a concise, recalibration tool for leaders who refuse to drift. The book distills the exact frameworks I use in my advisory and coaching work: purpose, identity, systems, leverage, presence, and the internal work that separates good performers from exceptional ones.

Whether through private advisory, leadership development, performance coaching, or keynotes, my goal is the same: help you sharpen your edge, close the gap between potential and results, and lead with greater clarity and impact—without losing yourself in the process.
