The engagement runs eight sessions over 90 days. It opens with a full diagnostic — where are you, what is drifting, and what is it costing you. From there the work moves inside-out: aligned operator, the leader, business execution. Each session builds on the last. Between sessions, you have direct access to Jeremy for real-time calibration when something comes up that cannot wait.

At close, you leave with a personal operating document — not a report, a living reference you actually use.
